Have fun with the technical stuff which I thought the artists would enjoy.

I only saw all the pictures from GDC on youtube. This is a nice addup. He is hell of alot good at drawing, but he isn't the best talker Really curious how much they are able to show the concept art in the actual game, behind the loading screens and such.

I think that, just like in GW, we won't see much of the concept art in the game. Their artwork is so fantastic you don't even need to know about the game(s) to enjoy it.

They said they would do something with the art styles in the game.
(The moving artworks like you saw in their trailers.)

They said they would include more artworks in the game. Need to look up where its stated if you insist on it I think they will inplement animated concepts, like the ones you sometimes see in the trailer (especially the first) in cinematics that are sort of flashbacks, like for example there has been a bandit raid, which provides a new quest to slay them, you get an animated cinematic where you see the bandit raid. I can't think of something else that they can use to show us more concept art. Maybe some books with pictures in them, like we have in GW1, but then a bit better All we can do is guess

That's what I said. :P
Edit:
There are actually no quests though, just events. You won't get to see a '!' popping above someone's head. You just have to choose if you want to join up or not.

This reminds me of Aion. In-game there are several campaign quests that include narrated "cutscenes" made of moving art. I really like this style of animation. I'll be pleased if they include this in GW2.

I redid the link, although I don't know what was wrong with it.
I am for any use of their artwork in the game. It could only make the game that much better. And the part of the presentation about why photorealism was not the way to go really struck a chord. I'm all for making a game that doesn't show its age through the artwork.

Eric in a Q&A interview with gamespot:
"We tell the story in Guild Wars 2 in a variety of ways. There are cinematic sequences which are a mix of 2D and 3D art and are fully voiced."
So that is at least some art in the game

And I forgot to mention that Daniel doesn't do bad for someone for whom English is a second language (he's Romanian), I think often he has trouble finding the correct word he wants. And he did explain it wasn't rehearsed or practiced as the last time he made him sound dry and stilted.
